If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Timeless Extensions and is null and void of guarantee. Timeless Extensions is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. Weights are before wefting, perming, and blending.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The Deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to rescheduled your appointment. We are happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 48 hours notice. You may only reschedule your appointment one time and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
